Party-Models

I'd never really taken much notice of the Party-Models sets before as they were NN, but recently got round to downloading them.  I instantly recognised this set (set 44) as I own a completely different version which goes a lot further than the NN party-models version.  

So what's the story here?  Is Party-Models just NN versions of other websites photos or did they create their own content and release different versions elsewhere?
